We warehouse all of our products to insure fast, efficient delivery. Most orders that are placed via this website, (using a credit card and not eCheck) by 3:00 PM (EST) on a business day will ship the same day. This does not apply to larger wholesale purchases. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, that don't make it out the same day are usually shipped on the following business day. (Depending on product availability) We do our best to keep shipping rates low, but we still have to abide by the UPS dimensional policies. If you order a package that is low in weight, but large in size (i.e. Speed Rails), you may be asked to pay more in shipping, or select a lower priority service. Any UPS changes and/or redirects due to incorrect shipping details are subject to a minimum $10 Fee. Any cancellations after an order has been shipped are also subject to a minimum $10 Fee. For your protection, all orders are subject to a Credit Card Order Verification and/or payment confirmation. It is not our duty to make sure that your order was not made with a stolen credit card. In the event that your order is suspect, you will be sent an email with CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION NEEDED - YOUR ORDER IS ON HOLD in the subject line. Please promptly open and read the email and follow the instructions within the email. Please refer to our terms and conditions pertaining to Customs Fees on International Shipments. The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees or Customs duties. We use all couriers: FedEx, UPS, US Postal and the Canada Postal Service depending on the order. You may need to contact the courier to obtain your order once your order has arrived at its destination. If the package is returned to us, you will be refunded the product, less the 15% restocking fee, customs fees that we have to pay to have the order returned, and shipping costs. If the package is abandoned by the courier, you will not be eligible for a refund. At SSP INC. we do our best to minimize expenses and provide you with the best possible prices. This includes keeping our shipping costs to a minimum. As you can see on the UPS chart below, we can get to many locations in 1, 2 or 3 days by ground. If you choose Expedited or Express and we can get your package to you within the times we describe below by Ground, then is our policy to ship it to you by ground. If you notice that we have done this and would like a refund check for the difference, please visit our contact page (above), email "Customer Service", ask for a "Shipping Rebate" and we will send you a check for the difference. This works similarly with all levels of shipping. Furthermore, Expedited or Express are our terms for our shipping service and do not necessary mean UPS. Your package may come to you "Priority" with the postal service for example or with other carriers. We will do our best to get your package to you within the times decided below but do not guarantee these transit times. For packages under 1 pound, we will ship with either Canada Post, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Mail Innovations, a service similar to USPS First Class Mail. These shipments may take 2 to 14 days within the Continental U.S. & Canada depending on your location. For packages from 1 pound to 5 pounds, we may ship either Canada Post, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground/UPS Surepost. These packages typically take 2 to 9 business days to be delivered. To offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, all "Ground" packages will be shipped as efficiently as possible so we can pass the savings onto you.
